Gargage Processing Facility

1. Every day, 465 tons of garbage would be imported to the former PCB dewatering site [5].  
2. Demand for garbage would increase truck traffic on Rte. 4, Burgoyne Avenue, and Rte. 197 as access to the facility is located in Hudson Falls [5]. 
3. The site is listed to clients as being linked to rail and water, via the champlain canal, making additional methods of import an option [7]. ​
